Peter E. McLeod
Mr. McLeod has been with Pickard Djinis and Pisarri LLP since May 2003 and became a partner of the firm in 2010. As a securities attorney focusing on broker-dealer and investment adviser regulatory, compliance and litigation matters, Mr. McLeod represents investment advisers and broker-dealers in connection with SEC, SRO and state registrations and examinations, internal investigations and compliance issues, and disciplinary proceedings and litigation matters.
Mr. McLeod began his legal career in the securities industry at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. McLeod served as Attorney Adviser of the Office of Administrative Law Judges from 2000 to 2002, and as Senior Attorney Adviser from 2002 to 2003.
Mr. McLeod began his legal career as a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephanie Duncan-Peters in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He then interned with the Honorable Eric T. Washington in the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia.
