Ms. Hutchens is an associate at Pickard Djinis and Pisarri LLP, having joined the firm in 2017. She practices comprehensive securities and corporate governance law focused on compliance, public policy, and regulatory matters. In her work, she represents a wide range of industry participants, including broker-dealers, FinTech companies, investment advisers, investment banks, and independent research firms, in advancing their interests, often concurrently, before government agencies, lawmakers, policymakers, and trade and other organizations in the United States.
Ms. Hutchens brings many years of securities experience to the firm. Most recently, she worked at the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs primarily on issues relating to securities and corporate law, enforcement of banking, consumer, securities, and other laws by federal regulators and agencies, and diversity and inclusion in financial services. Prior to working on Capitol Hill, she worked in New York and Washington, DC at a leading law firm on securities compliance, dispute, and regulatory matters.
